As always, the service at Pacific was excellent, as I have come to expect and have never been disappointed in my expectations.

The service on my car was quick and well done. Even provided a rental car when my car needed some additional repairs that they couldn't complete the same day.However, you can definitely get the parts cheaper elsewhere. Unless you need immediate repairs, I suggest shopping around for the parts.

Although this problem was difficult to diagnose, I thought you guys did an excellent job of getting us as far as you could. I problem (for now) seems to be resolved.

There was a bit of initial confusion regarding what my car needed versus what I wanted to have done. After some false starts on the scope of services, it all ended well and there were no final problems. One thing which emerged was that I was initially scheduled to replace a drive belt, which PAcific Motor had replaced only 18 months earlier. When your computer software gets updated, you might try to include a program that cross checks earlier work performed.

Very nice folks, great work for the price. I felt really comfortable with the service people and they really seemed like they were there to help. I feel like I can take my car there and I will always be taken care of. I highly recommend them.
