Besides my other newer vehicles I take to Pacific Motor Service for regular maintainence, I was a little worried for my '95 Toyota pickup which needed a smog. The "check engine" was on so I just knew I was in for some frustrating news. After a quick diagnostic, they found a simple problem with a defective vacuum hose. Simple fix, minor charge and smog passed. They also honored their "guaranteed service" from a previous repair. The work was finished on time and done well.

Service in general has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Extra amenities are regularly offered such as additional attention to certain items, shuttle rides when necessary, friendly and pleasant interaction.

Service appointment is easy to get online. Personnel are friendly and honest. They tell you what needs to be done for safety and what is preventative maintenance. They also send reminders for service and offer discount incentives.

I have been bringing in my 2000 Toyota Echo for this and that a few times over the years (my Toyota has been a great car). And everytime I feel the same... they take the time to explain the service and I get educated, I do not feel taken advantage of and they work with me and my schedule. I trust Pacific Motor service.

Bringing a car in for service is like going to the dentist - you don't exactly look forward to it, but you feel ever so much better once you do! If I have to spend money to keep my old car going, at least I can feel good about spending it at Pacific Motor Service. I love the fact that it is a local business and interested in educating customers about properly maintaining their cars. Jim and Mark both have taken the time to thoroughly explain maintenance issues to me and have been very flexible with scheduling. The shuttle service is also much appreciated!
