I really like the service that I received. The front desk was very professional and respectful. The service was complete and didn't take all day. The waiting room was very clean. I was given other services that needs some attention and was also given a price to complete those items. Very nice and will for sure use them again

Have always been very pleased with the quality of work done by Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove. It is rare to find a repair shop this conscientious and trustworthy. My only reason for rating 4 stars instead of five is the high prices charged for the high quality work. Otherwise, I am a completely happy and satisfied customer and will continue to give my auto repair work to Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove.

Best experience I've had with car repair and service. This was our first time working with Pacific Motor Service. Kevin and his team exceeded our expectations in attention to our needs, knowledge of my particular make/model and thoroughness of inspecting safety features. For the first time in a long while, after working with dealers and other independent repair shops, I finally have confidence that nothing was overlooked. Highly recommend them!!
