They popped in a new starter, swapped out the shocks and struts, and serviced it all in less than a day. Now my Mustang runs like she is 22 years younger again. AAA membership warranty was VERY valuable. They really stand behind their work, and they make extra effort when needed. They replaced a coolant-related part, and it later developed a leak. They did all the necessary follow-up work under the AAA warranty at no cost to me. Even when various other warranty-related parts failed and I had to return several times, they provided me a rental car at no cost to me.

Hello David, I am glad we were able to resolve the issue! Unfortunately we are all human and problems arise from defective parts and sometimes even we can make mistakes. That is precisely why we offer our extensive 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. It keeps us focused on great product and fantastic execution. They were the best on getting me and out quickly. They will give you the best advice for your whole car for both short term and long term! Definitely go every time, also they have better warranty than other places.

I've been taking my car(s) for service at Pacific Motors for several years. I just bought a new car last year; however, I'd rather take my car to Pacific Motors instead of the dealership. They are always very friendly and I like that they remember me every time I come in. They offer great customer service, which a huge deal for me.
