New to the area and was recommended by my sister, also a customer. I dislike having to find new mechanics, but once I find one I like, I am a loyal customer. It is nice to know my search will end just when it began. The service is personable, and I was given complete info as to what needed to be on my "to do" list but with a conservative and informative timeline. In other words, didn't feel they were out to just make money, but had my finances in mind as well. Welcoming and clean environment for both me....and my dog while we waited. The staff is incredible and the service is top notch. These are people with integrity that genuinely care about their customers. They have worked on several different cars for us and the work is always great. The one time there was an issue, they stood behind their work, contacted the part manufacturer and made it right.

Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove is one of the more customer-oriented auto repair shops i have ever taken my car to. Service Manager Kevin works to ensure the customer is satisfied with the work completed. Should an issue arise after the work is done, take the vehicle back and explain to Kevin what the problem is and he does his best to satisfy the customer. Thats something most repair shops no longer worry about, but Kevin does. You can be confident your car will be repaired conscientiously and correctly when you take it to Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove.
