Great, honest and customer oriented service. A real delight to deal with

Went to Pacific Grove with my son for a little 2 day vacation. My van started having mechanical problems and I wouldn't be able to drive it home. I called Pacific Motors and explained I needed to get this problem fixed in a hurry because my son had to be back at work. Kevin told me they would do there best. By the next morning they had replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and relay. I'm very happy I found this place. If I didn't live 3 hrs away I would use them for all my maintenance needs.

This shop is a no-BS place. Kevin is an honest person, and he gave me great advise about my vehicle instead of racking up work to do on it. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

It's hard, as a woman, to find someone to really trust with my car. I feel absolutely comfortable at Pacific Motors that the advice I'm given is accurate and meant to keep my car in top shape and me safe. They respect my time and intelligence and keep me informed as they take care of my care quickly every time. I'm so grateful I have a "family" to take care of my, one less thing to worry about.

Just when I think that Kevin, Miles and Stephanie (and anyone else I may have unintentionally omitted, forgive me) cannot get any better...They surpass themselves! Supreme integrity, superior service, spectacular savings! My car now has four new "shoes," a wonderful oil change and new wipers, everything I asked for and needed. With the recent storm damage to roadways, I am now infinitely more confident about my vehicle's safety for myself and my passengers, and also for my fellow automobile travelers. So, peace of mind is a huge deal. Also---Everything is always completed in a terrific timely manner! I have been coming here for about eight years and shall continue to do so!
