Everyone was very courteous and polite; the service was done in a timely manner. After the oil change, my vehicle runs great. Will be going back to Pacific Motor Service.

This may have been one of the nicest, most productive, and honest shops I have ever taken my truck to. My transmission broke and they had me in the very next day to diagnose and begin to fix the issue. Rory and Beatrice might also be the nicest humans you will ever meet. I ended having all sorts of issues and my time line kept getting extended but to no fault of the shop itself. They accommodated me in any way they possibly could and even threw me a bone on some cost of parts and labor because of circumstances. I highly highly recommend taking your vehicle here to Pacific Motor Service for exceptional work and honest professional staff. 5 stars all around!

Nobody enjoys breaking down while on vacation and the repair did take longer than initially expected due to some supply line/vendor issues, but hopefully the rental car Rory got for you helped to alleviate the inconvenience. I recently took my vehicle for an oil change at Pacific Motor Service near the Sportscenter. I can say that I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the front desk team. I've only been there a few times and they treated me like lifelong customer. Communication was great.
