Technical competence. Reasonable rates. Straight talk. These are the things you want from your car mechanics and I found them all here. Combine that with a modern understanding of how to communicate and I am just tickled with Pacific. Plus, my 19 year old Jeep runs like an absolute dream, and that is ultimately what you really, really want from your mechanics.
