Great service. Staff was able to get me in for service with only short notice for their scheduling. I had to bribe them with donuts, but successful getting the service. Also mentioned several items that need attention. Will follow up next time I’m in for service. I think it was the glazed donut that did the trick.

I needed the wheels aligned on my 2014 Vovo T5 S60 sedan, as it was pulling sharply to the left. Initially I took my car to shop in downtown Marina; BAD idea, avoid these shysters on Reservation road. Now having said that, I got an appointment at Pacific auto. Here, my experience was a delight! The front office staff are professional, Beatrice in particular. I was in and out in 45 minutes, paid a reasonable price, and - are you sitting down? The mechanics did what they said they would do. The car drives true, feels like a sports car again! We are transplants from Los Altos and and now have found a highly credible repair shop. Take your vehicles to Pacific Auto!

Thoughtful service on my 2019 Mini Cooper. Rather than order an expensive replacement part they took the time to see if another remedy would do the trick. I always feel these folks have my best interests at heart.

I love and appreciate the customer service here. Beatrice and Rory are so kind and do their best to help in any situation. I've been taking my car here for almost 3 years and I've tried other auto shops in between that just aren't as good. Not once have I ever felt scammed or overcharged. Pricing is fair and the service is excellent.
