Pacific Motor Service deserves at least eight stars...so add as many stars as needed to bring the average of all the posts up to eight. I'm bad at math so if somebody else could get on that it would be appreciated. Anyway, they found and replaced a dead instrument panel in my 2010 Malibu. Two other garages couldn't even find the part. The price was very very fair. I won't use anyone else in the future.

Mike was the mechanic who worked on my tacoma which was experiencing a misfire. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a day and the customer service at the front desk was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and the workplace was clean.

Mike does a great job and is as perfect a technician as you can ask for! He is our top Master Techs! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a nice review.

My car was making excessive noise, due to belts needing replacing. I was able to drop my car off the next business day at opening. Beatrice and Rory were very professional and knowledgeable and displayed outstanding customer service skills. And thank you to the team who repaired my car! It drives better than ever. I will definitely be bringing my car again and again!
