Quick, reasonable cost. So far, nothing found that they missed - though my car is fairly new and needed only it's yearly service. Will keep using them, and keep updating based on my experience :)

Beatrice in the front office was very thorough explaining what needed to be done to my Mercedes. I had normally used the Mercedes dealership in Monterey, but after a really bad mid/diagnostic to my car and almost a $14,000 repair ….Pacific Motor Service was able to fix for a fraction of the price and was very reasonable. Job was done quickly and I was very satisfied!!!!

Rory at Pacific Motor Service was extremely professional and provided the best costumer service I’ve experienced in many years! I truly felt my car was in good hands and that I was given a fair and honest quote on needed repairs. Wasn’t over sold on unnecessary maintenance. My BMW X1 was in one day and out the next! I’ll continue taking my vehicle to Pacific Motor Service and highly recommend them to others! Thanks again to Rory and the entire team for treating me and my vehicle so well.
