Both Beatrice & Rory are very pleasant, cheerful, professional and intelligent. I visited the Monterey facility yesterday as Rory promptly took the car to the mechanic staff. They performed diagnostic tests on the car and completed everything within 1 hour. Rory explained everything to me. The SURPRISING finally was that the service they performed was COMPLIMENTARY!!!
