I’ve taken my cars several places around town since I’ve been here and this is by far the best. I trust that the services they say is what is needed and will be done right. Staff has excellent customer and shop was quick.

I have only drove it home from Service. However, I did not hear any noises when I turn the car to the right or left. Customer Service is excellent, caring, attentive, and helpful. I will continue going back when I need an oil change. I’m very happy with the service and care that I had.

We had some unexpected trouble with our Toyota Rav 4 while on vacation in Monterey. We live 3 hours away and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive before heading home. We took it to Pacific Motor Service and let me just say this was easily the best mechanic experience either of us have ever had and one of the best general customer service experiences as well. We ended up needing quite a bit of work done (front end struts and shocks) and they were able to complete all of it the very next day so that we could go home. Rory, the person who we primary dealt with, is an excellent communicator and we felt very well informed and taken care of. The other woman (so sorry I forgot her name) on staff was also very accommodating. They even held onto my luggage in the office while the car was being worked on so they I didn't have to lug it around town. I'm so happy with this service that I would honestly consider going back to Monterey for any serious car repairs just to go to this shop. Can whole headtedly recommend this business. Thank you very much to this excellent team!

I received an oil change, and the crew were so kind! Everything was easy, and they had a coupon! I compared to other shops around town and it was cheaper than even the “shall not mention jiffy pop chain”. Will definitely be a return customer for all my repairs.
