Service was excellent. I was very pleased with their customer service. It was my first time bringing my car to pacific motors Monterey. They listened to what i needed done.Beau was the guy at the front counter. Very friendly and outgoing personality. Very happy with my oil change and my front headlights. I will definitely bring my car back for future servicing.

I brought in my 1988 RX-7 convertible for routine oil change - lube job service. The service was accomlished in a timely manner. Additional work that was advisable at 120,000 miles of use (fluid changes, tire rotation, etc.) were also taken care of. The car was ready as scheduled for pick-up. I also appreciated the ride to work at the time I dropped the car off.

I was visiting out of town here in Monterey, a malfunction indicator light came on and that same day my car was in the garage being serviced. I had called around and found this was the cheapest place and offered a 3 year warranty----and best of all, the front office person Beau talked me through the process and explained all important aspects of the problem.Many thanks you guys---you really helped me out! Can't recommend highly enough...

The customer service over the phone as well as in the office was professional, polite, kind. The amount of time taken for the smog check was appropriate. The office is clean and smells pleasant, and has plenty to read along with TV to stay apprised of news, etc.

The technicians fix the problems to my car and I walked away very happy. They even give you a rent-a-car if you're having major work to your wheels.

Timing and service were excellent!communication needs improvement.We were caught by surprise with the bill, almost $2000. Bo had told me about the new tires and I had agreed, then he told me it would cost about $350 to look into a problem with the timing (chain or belt, he wasn't sure).He called back to explain what needed to be done (the chain had broken in some places) but neglected to mention price, I neglected to ask, thus received the surprise when Anne came back from picking-up her car.I don't think I could get $2K. for that car.I am glad it is safe and sound though.
