Called after hours, asked for an appt on Thursday & gave Beau the wife's cell# to schedule. Day of appt, wife worried about cost so I e-mailed Beau and as usual great communication, work done on time & on budget. Could't be happy.

Service Manager very helpful. Fully explained details of services and prices. Very nice lobby area. Professional techs in uniforms and work bays very clean. Offered transportation assistance if needed. Car returned washed and vacuumed clean! If your looking for a good shop to take your car to, this would be the place!

Everything worked out well despite the surprise of having my oil change turn into a lot more. The loaner car enabled me to meet my afternoon's obligations. Having the repairs completed on the same day was an unexpected bonus. Thanks.

As always, I was thankful for another successful service, our aging BMW not only was fixed, but looked brand new after they washed the car! I was taken home immediately after taking the car in by the friendly shuttle driver and picked up on schedule to retrieve the car. Beau keep me posted on the cost of repair and when it would be ready via texting - very handy to check on the service progress.
