Recently, I brought our van in for a smog inspection. Kevin's staff found several additional items that needed to be fixed. They knew I was headed out of town and needed to have the van back early that afternoon. Kevin put two mechanics on the job and had it done in plenty of time to make my schedule.Thanks Pacific Motors

To Beau and Kevin, We trust you with all three of our vehicles...and you always do a great job!....In fact I don't know how you have time for any other customers as we keep you busy with a T Bird at 140 thousand miles and an Acura at 250 thousand....and a Cadilla (under onehundred. I had to replace the shocks and Beau seemed to be quite competant and friendly. This auto repair place appears to be a good place to go though it is probably more expensive. I will not hesitate to take my cars there again.

My car turned out to have more problems than just the initial one for which I'd brought it in, and I ended up spending far more than I'd anticipated. It was an ordeal, to be sure, but Beau and the rest of your staff were very professional and committed through the whole process and they were able to detect all the problems that needed repair. So glad to have my car back and in good running condition again. Nothing personal, but I hope I won't be seeing you again any time soon! Thanks so much.

Over the years I've had great service from Pacific Motors (Mtry)! The cars have included a TR4 and several different Toyotas.If an unexpected problem does occur, they always call to discuss my options.I strongly recommend them for routine maintenance and to correct difficult problems!
