Great timely service. I went in for a 90k check-up and was able to get an appointment easily, and everything was finished in one day.

We were glad we were able to get you in and out in the same day. We try to make rides(our shuttle),scheduling(online or by phone),and days of work(free rental car) as convenient as possible. We also bring a whole new level of service to the Automotive Industry. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell

For once I wasn't given a full quote as to total costs of the fixes so I was pretty surprised to receive a bill for $1500! Fixing a door should never cost that much (I also had a minor service and engine repair so it wasn't all the door fix). I always enjoy the great service and friendly staff though!

Were glad you love our service and sorry that you think were expensive. I think as you will find out if you price shop us that were not expensive and that your BMW can be expensive. Thanks for your review Lorin.Note: here are always online coupons.:)

The waiting room is clean. The staff if very polite and knowledgable. They took me into the garage and showed me what was specifically wrong with my van. They were able to provide service that I was told by another service station "only the dealer could fix." I was offered a ride home when the repairs were taking a while. And I got a military discount. I'll definitely return for future service.

Customer service at Pacific Motor is on par with the better Mini/BMW dealership service depts. I was kept well informed about problems that were found as well as the time needed to fix them. The repairs ended up taking a few days - the complimentary rental car was much appreciated!
