I have used Pacific Motor Service for regular service on two automobiles for over a year. They are consistently friendly and responsive. I trust their recommendations and feel they have my best interests in mind. I took my cars to another local shop but discovered they would not tell me when they could not solve repair problems. The more I deal with Pacific Motor Service, the more I am confident I made the right choice to start using their service.

I stopped in for an oil change and appreciate being told that it would be awhile before they could get to me rather than having me sit and wait for them to get to my job. Instead, I made an appointment to get in the next day and the work was done in a timely manner and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I'll definitely be going back again!

We are an honest facility on all levels. We try to let people know when they can expect there vehicle back,estimates that are accurate and tell you what needs to be done and how serious or not serious it may be. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell

As usual, Beau and his guys provided quick and professional service for my hybrid. All this while I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and got some work done on my laptop!!! What more could you ask for

Though you aren't necessarily an auto body shop, I felt like I had to ask if your company could fix my car. Beau offered me a pragmatic solution to getting a new bumper and saved me time and money. I will never go anywhere else in Central California other than Pacific Motor Services.

Went in to Pacific Motors for an oil change and smog check. They discovered that the car needed some major repair. It was a great shock when I heard the totall amount, but Beau made the experience as painless as he could by thoroughly explaining each charge for labor and parts. He provided a rental car for my use,and when I returned the car, he offered to return it to the rental agency. He really took time and patience which I really needed. Many thanks.

Pacific Motors replaced four tires on my vehicle and aligned all wheels. They discussed the choice of tire and procured the type I wanted at a competitive price. The work was done in a few hours and everything is satisfactory.
