My cars are basic transportation but when they are not working or need some routine attention, I can always count on Pacific Motors. Even if the repair is costly, Beau explains the details so I can understand and accept the needed work. Communication is better than any auto service I have used before. I have come to appreciate and depend on Pacific Motors.

I am always pleased with my oil change service at Pacific Motor Service. Out of habit, I always double check my motor oil immediately after an oil change to see how clean and how full the oil is. After getting an oil change at Pacific Motor Service my motor oil is always very clean and filled exactly to the correct amount. The safety inspection that always accompanies my oil changes has let me catch problems while they are still easy to fix. I feel safe in my vehicle after every visit. Thanks!

As always I was very satisfied with the service Pacific Motor provided.Initially it was only to be regular maintenance,then Beau and I discovered the tires needed replacement as well.I had purchased tires myself previously.This time I decided to let the shop do it and I trusted Beau to find a good buy for me.It took longer because of the added task but the shuttle was right there,providing a ride home and back.I did get the car back before noon so my day was not too disrupted.Thanks for a job well done !
