I have never been to Pacific Motor before the day I brought my truck in. I had a breakdown and Pacific Motor Service diagnosed it that day and had my truck ready the next day. Very Happy with your quick turn around guys!

I brought my BMW in for a suspected wheel bearing and sure enough, that was the fault. I was advised that my rear brakes were at the 2mm mark and I had them replace those also. Even though I did not have an appointment, they were quick with the diagnosis and repair. Thanks Beau!

Thanks, your service is great, as always. I was able to get my car fixed on relatively short notice and it runs great again. Bo (Beau?) at the front desk was friendly and helpful and explained very thoroughly the work needed and the cost involved, plus other options. Your shuttle service is so handy and saved me the hassle of trying to find a ride to work! Michael drove the van and was also helpful and friendly. Your staff obviously enjoy working for you and it shows in their professionalism and positive attitudes. I've been bringing my vehicles to you for many years and I recommend you to people all the time!

I have been with Pacific Motors for many years now.This time around I needed a regular maintenace check.I was promptly attended to by Beau who explained to me exactly what needed to be done and he also gave me a cost estimate.Later in the day I received a call that a tune-up was recommended and as I trusted the advice I asked to go ahead with it.I was given rides both home and back to the shop which was convenient and very much appreciated.I have recommended Pacific Motors to many of my friends through the years.I have always been more than satified with the service,the courtesy extended to me and the quality of the work.
