Rory and Beatrice were so helpful to us. Our check engine light came on when we arrived in Monterey from Seattle. They were so accommodating and we are now confident that we can return home and have our mechanic there fix it. Beatrice even took us back to our hotel to wait (and picked us up again) while their mechanic thoroughly went over the engine. We highly recommend them!!!

Pacific Motor Service is HANDS DOWN the best auto repair spot I’ve ever been to. Their fantastic customer service combined with their top notch repair smiths left me and my Mini Cooper feeling super cared for and running better than ever. Always friendly! I feel like they are honest in recommendations for my car. I went to my dealer prior to coming here. The dealer always tried to have me spend more on things that don’t need repair.

Imagine getting your car back from the shop in less time than anticipated, and having the repair cost $400 less, to boot! I like the fact that some discounts applied to me, for the asking.
