Got my Jeep XJ towed here after hours on the holiday weekend. They were able to get it rolled off the street where it was in a 2 hour spot when they opened. They figured out that my distributor cap had broken and got it fixed for $271 total. $216 for diagnosis and 55 for parts. They waived the labor and just included it as part of the diagnosis. Very reasonable. I think they would be my go to mechanic, if I lived in the area. Very friendly and professional.

I had 2 oil leeks coming from 2 different areas in my engine. Both areas required either removing the engine or taking apart the front end of the engine; many labor hours for each. I do not have any warning signals going off any longer and am happy with that. Also, my transmission wasn't catching gear occasionally and they trouble shooted at no extra charge and found that I was low on transmission fluid and topped it off. After the work they buffed the headlights off because there was some fluid that accidentally got on one of them, and they didn't charge me for that either. The staff is friendly and willing to do what it takes; their customer service is excellent.

On a beautiful sunny morning, I jumped into my BMW and I couldn't get the car in gear -- the obvious diagnosis was that the clutch was stuck in my last-century BMW. The Pacific team provided me realistic and honest options based on the symptoms and what we uncovered as work progressed. They took an appropriate amount of time (which I had -- this wasn't my daily driver), didn't jump to conclusions, and worked toward the right repair for the right combination of problems. Together we decided on a plan (I did my research too since the car had a high performance clutch and lightweight racing flywheel) and voila, I now have a fixed and fun BMW that feels completely different (in a very good way) and is a blast to drive (again).
