Everyone needs an auto mechanic that is truthful (no attempt to up-sell you a service you don't need) and that does an excellent job when doing repairs. This is the place that meets both criteria. I'm grateful to have found Pacific Motor Service and I highly recommend them.

Extraordinary customer service! Rory & Beatrice were absolutely amazing. They were both courteous , professional, & followed through with what they said they would do. I so appreciated the extra mile Rory went in ensuring the work was covered by my extended warranty. The service crew were timely & efficient in repairing my vehicle. My BMW has over 100,000 miles on it. I had an oil leak. It was leaking oil from the seal in the turbo. Also had a radiator leak. I was informed of everything that needed to be fixed. If they found something like a filter or oil line that needed to be replaced they would call and email me a new estimate and explanation of what needed to be done. I really appreciated them keeping in touch with me and explaining everything in detail. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done. I highly recommend Pacific Motors in Monterey for their professionalism and great service. My car is running like it was brand new.
