Warning lights came on and inspection revealed problems related to major work performed in the spring at Pacific Motors. Their warranty covered all the work needed to correct the problem, at no cost to me.

We do our very best to ensure everything we do meets standards and have a very good track record, and we have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty to cover you when things don't go quite right. Now that your Lexus is back on the road, you'll be good to go for a while.

An honest shop, Rory the shop manager And mechanic that diagnosed my 2005 Toyota prius were awesome, fixed it in a timely manner. You can tell they take pride in their work. Just a great people! Highly recommend this shop.

We were traveling to Carmel in September and had trouble on the road. AAA referred us to Pacific Motor Service and I am completely satisfied with the service provided. The diagnosis was complete and the quality of the work performed was very good and at a fair price. I enjoyed dealing with them and would use them again if I lived in the Monterey area.

Beatriz and Rory were very friendly and responsive. They were patient and answered all my questions. The mechanics solved a bad axel mystery that had me previously back and forth to other mechanics several times in a few months with no solution. My Subaru was fixed quickly! Thank you!
