My review is 5 stars but the application wouldn't allow me to select all five... We've been a 10 year plus customer and without exception Pacific Motors has exceeded our expectations. When issues arise they have always wanted to do the right thing and stand behind their service. They have earned our respect and trust.

I spoke with Beatriz for my entire experience and she was extremely helpful and kind. My car broke down a few days ago and although I was pretty stressed out with the situation I felt better after speaking with Beatriz. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. Great service as well. Am definitely using them as my primary car repair shop. :)

My wife and I had our car’s fuel pump fail on us while visiting Monterey 4 days before Xmas this year and we were worried about being able to get it fixed before the Xmas holiday. Luckily we called Pacific Motor Services and they were able to get us on the road the next day with a new fuel pump. Rory was extremely helpful and kept us updated on inspection and work updates. I don’t live in the area, but don’t hesitate to bring your car here.
