I spoke with Beatriz for my entire experience and she was extremely helpful and kind. My car broke down a few days ago and although I was pretty stressed out with the situation I felt better after speaking with Beatriz. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. Great service as well. Am definitely using them as my primary car repair shop. :)

My wife and I had our car’s fuel pump fail on us while visiting Monterey 4 days before Xmas this year and we were worried about being able to get it fixed before the Xmas holiday. Luckily we called Pacific Motor Services and they were able to get us on the road the next day with a new fuel pump. Rory was extremely helpful and kept us updated on inspection and work updates. I don’t live in the area, but don’t hesitate to bring your car here.

Once again, outstanding customer service at the front desk and very thorough diagnostics by the mechanic. These folks keep my vehicle in great shape for its advanced age. No costly repairs were recommended or needed. This shop has earned my trust.

My fan blower was making noise and ended up googling a place and they came up. Super nice, friendly and fair. Over all great experience. They are very clear about what they are doing and great answering questions. If i could give them more stars i would.
