The people at Pacific Motor Service are absolutely incredible. It’s the only business on the Monterey Peninsula that I would ever consider having my car serviced at. They are always timely and professional without being pushy. I hate being upsold for unnecessary services and I’ve never experienced that at Pacific. Thank God I found them.

I had issues with my car while out of town and had a diagnostic report from another repair shop. I Brought my car into Pacific Coast and they found the issue was wiring damage due to rodents. The cost was significantly lower than what I had been verbally quoted at the out of town repair shop. Kyle was great to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful regarding the issue with my car.

My 2006 Corolla needed a new radiator, valve cover gasket, and front brakes during a 3 day visit to Carmel. They got me in at 8:00 to evaluate and repair all 3 needs and had it ready by 11:00 the next day! My old car hasn’t sounded this good in a long time. I’m very grateful for the expedience and quality of the repair. I highly recommend Pacific Motor Service for all auto repairs.
