Look im sure he is a great guy. But I told them I needed it again that day so I could drive home. Instead of staying late to get my car fixed he did not. He said the guy who was suppossed to do it was sick. And then when I picked up my car the next day after walking 5 miles both to and from work, he then tells me they couldn't get it done in time because of those 2 screws in the break rotors. You dont need them btw. So im not sure what's going on Edit. My car doesn't need those screws so they bought those for no reason. In addition they reset my tires to factory. These aren't factory tires so now I gotta go and put the air back. These guys seem nice but they charge way more than they should and thier carelessness has lead to things I shouldn't have to pay for or wanted in the first place.

I had my Honda Accord towed to Pacific motors after accidentally running over a curb. I wanted the car undercarriage checked out. Beatrice was very polite, kind and professional. She gave me a timeline when the car would be checked out. The manager, Rory had the car inspected by an expert technician and show me a small scratch that occurred, but the rest of the car was fine. They’ve been in business for many years and I would take my Honda back to them.

Always very kind, helpful, and provides detailed information about the issue and the fix. Fast service getting my car back on the road. Clean, pleasant, good size office and bathroom very unlike some shops I've been to.
