I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius and needed to find a mechanic that could work on hybrid vehicles. I saw Pacific Motor Services ad and thought I'd give them a try. I took my car in for the free inspection and they were very thorough and quick. They found a few things that I needed to do and I will be back to have the work done. All and all, they seem very reliable and I look forward to having them do any future maintenance on my vehicle. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent experience. Was told by another mechanic I likely needed break replacement for my car, brought car to Pacific Motor and after diagnostics Rory called me and said the break pads do not need replacement and saved myself hundreds of dollars for an unnecessary break pad replacement .Great service and very honest people working here. Highly recommended l

I was visiting the area from Colorado when I had a car issue. Pacific Motor Service got me in the shop the same day to look at the car. The team at PMS looked at the car, ran diagnostics and engine pressure tests, and thankfully, it turned out I only needed to replace my radiator. They got everything replaced and got me car back to me in the same day! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Beatrice was extremely helpful in giving me information and walking me through their process. She explained in detail how their nationwide warranty process works with shops that pay into the same warranty network. Their transparency and attention to detail gave me added peace of mind. I have since made it back to CO, and after significant mountain driving and through all weather, the car hasn't shown any issues. If you're from out of town or even a local, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to PMS. Thanks so much!
