Customer service at Pacific Motor is on par with the better Mini/BMW dealership service depts. I was kept well informed about problems that were found as well as the time needed to fix them. The repairs ended up taking a few days - the complimentary rental car was much appreciated!

I made a quick phone call at around 10am, Bo got me in with my toyota for an oil change. I came back 2 hrs later to pick-it up and brought my van in for the same service. Bo called me back an hour later, my vehicle was ready to go. I took a brisk walk from work and picked-it up. Superconvenient, and I could fit in a run at the farmer's market and was able to do my regular work at the same time.GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!

We try to make getting your car worked on as easy as possible with free rental cars,shuttle rides,quick but quality service and flexibilty in our schedule for drop ins. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell
