I just had a fabulous experience with Pacific Motors! After being quoted sn outrageous price for my 30,000 mile maintabce for my 2010 Mustang by Fird, I called Pacific Motors where the personal interaction was not only immediate, professional and friendly, but the price for the identical service was substantially less. There was a courtesy shuttle that allowed me to continue with my day, and the service was completed in less time than I expected. I have my car back and she's performing great! If I could give them six stars, I would!

I recently went to Pacific Motors to get my 80,000 mile checkup and abs brakes checked. During the check, a fault part was identified and was in need of replacement. I was with my three year old daughter, and the staff offered us a shuttle service home. A few hours later, I got a call that the old part snapped in two and that it was going to take a while to finish the job. I was given a rental car so I really wasn't inconvenienced. The job was finished the next morning.A little while later my wheels started making a high pitch squeal. They took a look at the problem and fixed it up quickly.I felt like I was really taken care of and would gladly go back again when my car needs servicing.
