This past Monday was a near disaster because my brakes failed on Route 1. My mother and I were on our way to San Simeon from Oakland. Our car was towed to Pacific Motor Service. Once arriving, Beau assured us that they would have all the mechanics work to replace the brakes and finish by 5pm. My mom and I thought were going to be stuck in Monterey overnight but ended up spending at most 3 and a half hours there.We were extremely distressed but thanks to the service provided by Beau and the mechanics at Pacific Motor, our day was saved. Beau was extremely helpful and friendly. He was thorough in informing us about the parts replaced on the car and the warranty attached to the products.Thank you so much Pacific Motors Service for your help!

AS my car comes into advanced middle age,the challenge becomes knowing when to retire it. Knowing that I needed front and rear brake jobs and new tires and a couple leaks, I thought perhaps the time had arrived. I decided to have the boys check out the other major systems to see if they could determine any upcoming needs in the next two years or 25,000 miles. When the report came back clean I got the repairs done. I so appreciate how they gave me the information and the time to decide what was right for me. Thanks guys.
