Our experience was excellent from the git go. The facility is very clean. We were welcomed and accommodated on short notice. All communication from the Service Manager was comprehensive and pleasant. I brought my car in to have the brakes inspected after installing new brakes all the way around. Well ends up I was given the wrong size rotors and they seized up. Translation, did it myself but ended up having to have the pros at Pacific Motors make it right. The were super helpful and patient as I reviewed all my options. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is because I could have applies Kevin's Halloween 15% brake coupon, but felt bad asking when they had been so helpful.

Came with what turned out to be a bogus problem reported by the dealership regarding the quality of the work done at Pacific Motor Service. Not only was the problem resolved to our satisfaction,but it became obvious the the dealership was the questionable link. We've decided to take all our repairs to Pacific Motor Service.

This Fantastic Service Facility, offers HONEST repairs and related services. They will not try to Over-Sell you on Non-Needed services or Pressure you in any way! Furthermore, they will Explain Everything to you-without any mystery!Look No Further-for Your Car Needs, Call Them Today!!!!

We only recommend repairs,it is up to our customers to authorize them.Maintenance is very important and the value is greater than any dollar amount but its up to you. We definitely don't push it on you to do them. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell

I've been to Pacific Motor Service two or three times, and they have always been easy to work with, and really care about their customers. I would recommend this business to anyone, really reasonable prices, and great service!

Buck and Beau explained the details of the service. After the inspection, I was given a full report and recommendations for future services. In summary: made appointment, explained service, conducted service, furnished report. Friendly service, most importantly, no pressure and no upselling. I think I'll come back!
