We bring our business fleet to Pacific Motor Service and always get prompt, thorough service. On a recent order, we had a slight misunderstanding which resulted in having to exchange parts. Beau was communicative and accomodating and all was settled satisfactorily. We continue to be comforted knowing we have a reliable, honest service center to take care of our vehicles. As always I was trusting the check up Pacific Motors' mechanic performed in order to determine why our van had stalled .Thank God it was nothing major !But replacing the battery was recommendedon order for us to be spared future incidents like the one we had just experienced.It was a bit traumatic due to the storm that raged that night !

I have never been to Pacific Motor before the day I brought my truck in. I had a breakdown and Pacific Motor Service diagnosed it that day and had my truck ready the next day. Very Happy with your quick turn around guys!

I brought my BMW in for a suspected wheel bearing and sure enough, that was the fault. I was advised that my rear brakes were at the 2mm mark and I had them replace those also. Even though I did not have an appointment, they were quick with the diagnosis and repair. Thanks Beau!
