I've always been impressed with the personable nature of Kevin, Beau, and the other faces of Pacific Motor Service. The organizations takes commitment to the environment and community seriously (and fixes my car, too!). I knocked off 1/2 star because I think their service is expensive (but I'm from Ohio, where it's cheap), but you get what you pay for...

I have used Pacific Motor Service for my two cars for just over one year. I have found them to be professional, courteous, proficient and honest. I have used several other local shops and dealers. So far, I am very satisfied with Pacific Motor and hope to continue to use them well into the future. They take the time to review what is needed on my cars; they do fine work; they stay within their estimate and offer alternatives for solutions. I highly recommend them.

Car was about 12k miles overdue for general maintenance. I was worried that since I had put off a lot things, I would get stuck having to pay for a very comprehensive tune-up. When I spoke with these folks, they showed me a list of all the recommended repairs for a car my age, and then they went through & explained each point to me. I didn't end up having to get everything repaired, and I feel like I know a lot more about my car now. Other garages wanted to gouge me for every possible service, but the folks here provided the service I needed and information I didn't expect, and all for a very reasonable price.

Recently, I brought our van in for a smog inspection. Kevin's staff found several additional items that needed to be fixed. They knew I was headed out of town and needed to have the van back early that afternoon. I had to replace the shocks and Beau seemed to be quite competant and friendly. This auto repair place appears to be a good place to go though it is probably more expensive. I will not hesitate to take my cars there again.
