Beatrice was very knowledgeable and professional. No gimmicks, just facts and no surprises. After poor experiences from others car's services/dealers I feel I found a home for my Audi. Thank you to the mechanic that worked on my car and to Beatrice.

This place is a real class act. Beatrice is very kind and knowledgeable, and was able to assist in every way I needed her too. The prices are fair, the work area is clean and professional, and the people who run it are KIND and HONEST! Also very good with older German cars. Highly recommend

Both Beatrice & Rory are very pleasant, cheerful, professional and intelligent. I visited the Monterey facility yesterday as Rory promptly took the car to the mechanic staff. They performed diagnostic tests on the car and completed everything within 1 hour. Rory explained everything to me. The SURPRISING finally was that the service they performed was COMPLIMENTARY!!! Thank you for your courtesy and generosity. Safwst
