Beatrice in the front office was very thorough explaining what needed to be done to my Mercedes. I had normally used the Mercedes dealership in Monterey, but after a really bad mid/diagnostic to my car and almost a $14,000 repair ….Pacific Motor Service was able to fix for a fraction of the price and was very reasonable. Job was done quickly and I was very satisfied!!!!

Rory at Pacific Motor Service was extremely professional and provided the best costumer service I’ve experienced in many years! I truly felt my car was in good hands and that I was given a fair and honest quote on needed repairs. Wasn’t over sold on unnecessary maintenance. My BMW X1 was in one day and out the next! The best experience! Great work and communication. Went in because of a parasitic draw on my car. Rory explained the problem and solution very well and the work was done perfectly. Will definitely recommend Pacific Motor Service to people I know.

That was an excellent review Mr. Morgan. We place a lot of importance on the client experience here. Completing the repair properly is a nonnegotiable for a quality shop, but the client experience is commonly overlooked by many in our industry. Think you’ll agree it’s very rare to actually look forward to bringing your car in for maintenance, but Pacific Motor Service makes the whole ordeal easy & fun. It’s the people really: Rory & Beatrice, both are a delight and so knowledgeable. They are walking encyclopedias about cars. And the mechanics have kept our sport cars (Porsche & Maserati) in tip top shape even during the COVID lockdown. Thank-you Pacific Motor Works for taking great care of our car babies!!
