Best service I've ever had! They've set the bar for what I expect for professionalism, especially with AAA delaying my claim for 2 weeks. I will definitely be relying on them for future work to be done. My car has been repaired, and I don't expect there to be any problems.

An excellent and thoroughly professional place to take one's vehicles for service, as well as a place with a surprising dash of literacy and humanity. The staff are exceptionally well informed, genuinely friendly, and meticulous. Highly recommended.

Incredibly professional and informative from the moment they answered the phone. I’ve never felt more taken care of in an auto shop. Beatrice was patient and took such care in answer Ming all my questions. No pressure sales or service. They let me leave me vehicle over the weekend to take time before I decided to get the work done needed on my 2004 Range Rover HSE. My only issue is there isn’t a Pacific Motor Service in every town.

Exceptional service and professionalism from the moment Beatrice answered the phone until I received my car washed and ready for me to drive home. I’ve been to many shops for my 2004 Range Rover HSE and Pacific Motor Service leaves all other shops in the dust. Beatrice was very informative and asked me great questions to help them better understand the issues. As a female, taking your vehicle to the shop can be intimidating, but I felt like I was in good hands right away and knew I wasn’t being taken advantage of when I compared estimates from other shops. They were so accommodating and prompt with service. My only problem is there isn’t a Pacific Motor Service in every town!

My usual auto maintenance shop, Roberts, no longer provides oil change services. I looked for a new shop and I am delighted to have found Pacific Motor Service in Monterey. Brought my car in for service this week. I found them to be friendly, professional, courteous, affordable and a delight to deal with. This is where I will be taking my car for service in the future.
