Exceptional service and professionalism from the moment Beatrice answered the phone until I received my car washed and ready for me to drive home. I’ve been to many shops for my 2004 Range Rover HSE and Pacific Motor Service leaves all other shops in the dust. Beatrice was very informative and asked me great questions to help them better understand the issues. As a female, taking your vehicle to the shop can be intimidating, but I felt like I was in good hands right away and knew I wasn’t being taken advantage of when I compared estimates from other shops. They were so accommodating and prompt with service. My only problem is there isn’t a Pacific Motor Service in every town!

My usual auto maintenance shop, Roberts, no longer provides oil change services. I looked for a new shop and I am delighted to have found Pacific Motor Service in Monterey. Brought my car in for service this week. I found them to be friendly, professional, courteous, affordable and a delight to deal with. This is where I will be taking my car for service in the future.

Wow! We lost our brakes on the pacific coast highway south of Big Sur. Our tow truck pulled up minutes before they closed and they took our vehicle in and fixed as quickly as possible. They had to order part overnight and got us on our way before the holiday weekend. The staff was super helpful and even took us to our hotel. During the repair they experienced a power outage but took all steps to complete the service Rory provided excellent communication to see this through. So greatful for the service provided

Great people and great service. I’m writing this to express my appreciation to the staff. (especially Rory and Jim) I was having a short stay in Monterey on my road trip when I found there was somethings wrong with one of the tires. Rory and Jim ran a free inspection and inflated the tire for me. They are professional and kind.
