I very much appreciate the oil service and 32 point inspection on my ‘12 Porsche Cayenne. Rory and team were great and easy to schedule and complete the service. I have used Pacific for my service and repair for several years and have never been disappointed.

Delivered on promise! Arrived at Laguna Seca with serious overheating issue late Friday afternoon while towing my track car. Contacted the shop they calmly promised to fix my truck on Monday and said to enjoy racing over the weekend. Rory and his assistant explained in detail their process and procedures Monday morning. By 4pm they had my F150 repaired as promised. Rory took the time to explain all the details of my repair. I highly recommend this shop.

We try to prioritize travelers so their experiences aren't disrupted too much. Rory is one of the very best Service Advisors in the industry and supported by his technicians, we can do almost anything!

The people were very nice and explained everything really well. They also inspected my car from bumper to bumper giving me great peace of mind that I know my car checks out and I know everything that needs to get done from urgent to not so urgent.
